Yoga - Traditional Sun Salutations | Feb 25th
This morning we kept things simple.
Moving slowly through traditional sun salutations, round after round, letting the breath lead and the body follow. No rush, no striving — just steady, mindful movement. Finished with some strong breathwork
Pure Weights I Feb 23rd
Today’s Strength class was all about laying solid foundations for the week ahead. We focused on controlled, purposeful movements — building strength steadily rather than rushing through reps. A little lower body work to ground us, some upper body to lift us, and of course a steady core to hold it all together.
No drama, no frenzy — just strong, capable bodies doing what they’re designed to do.

This morning’s Strength & Active Rest was all about strong, supported shoulders and layered plank variations. We worked through challenge and recovery in equal measure — building strength without rushing, finding steadiness in the holds, and reminding the body what it can do.
Yoga - Gentle flow | Feb 18th
This is a gentle, quietly energising flow for the days when you’re feeling a little tired and want to rekindle your spark. Gentle flow to awaken the body.

Today’s strength class was a good one — solid, steady and definitely challenging in all the right ways. We built heat gradually and then leaned into it… especially with that bicep sequence. I suspect there may be a few reminders of it tomorrow 😉

Yoga - Floor work | Feb 11th
Floor-based practice, beginning with gentle connection to the lumbar spine, awakening the abdominals, then moving into long, nourishing stretches for the lower body, with particular focus on the legs
Pure Weights I Feb 9th
Today’s Pure Strength class was more challenging than usual, with longer time spent on each set. Expect some DOMS over the next couple of days — totally normal after this kind of work.
Yoga - Mobility & Presence | Feb 4th
This is a gentle and intentional way to wake the entire body. We begin with a few quiet moments to arrive and centre the mind, then move through slow, fluid sequences that explore joint mobility from head to toe – including the often-overlooked spaces like the wrists, ankles, fingers, and toes.
With breath-led movement and mindful attention, you’ll open pathways for energy to flow freely and step into your day feeling grounded, refreshed, and fully present.

We wrapped up the term with a strong, lively class — weights throughout, with lots of jumping between sets to keep things dynamic and fun. Feel as high as a kite now lol.
Yoga - Sensations | Jan 28th
Today’s yoga invited us to slow down and really listen — noticing the sensations each pose brought, and staying present with them. We explored a series of standing postures, holding them a little longer than usual to focus on alignment, strength and awareness.

Today’s weights class mixed things up a bit, blending two strength exercises together in many of the exercises to keep the body challenged, the mind engaged, and to stop things getting too comfortable.

Wrong day for me to wear thermal leggings 😂
We got the body going with one of my favourite warm-ups, which I’ve been using a lot lately on mornings when I’m not doing a specific class — just enough to get me moving, especially if I’m feeling a bit tired. Try it.
We moved through a mix of 1 and 2 weight exercises, with options for higher or lower intensity active rest throughout.

Today’s class took things down a notch—less intensity, more full–body goodness. Ideal for days when you’re feeling a little jaded (as I definitely was!).
