There’s a gentle power in slowing down. In Yin Yoga, we move away from the rush and the checklist of poses. Instead, we settle deeply into a handful of intentional stretches, held with calm breath and mindful presence.
When we hold stillness long enough, our bodies start to tell their story. We meet subtle sensations—whether tension, release, or emotion—with kindness and curiosity rather than urgency.
Each session offers space to:
• Explore the delicate balance of effort and ease
• Feel the connective tissues soften, lengthen, and rejuvenate
• Experience the quiet unfolding that happens when we pause fully
Physically, this slow release helps restore and strengthen your body. Energetically, we stimulate acupressure points and meridian lines to revitalize your organs and calm your mind.

After many wonderful years teaching Yin Yoga at River Holistic in Raheny, where I loved the community, classes filled up so quickly that I often felt bad turning people away. I’m really grateful to the lovely Michelle for offering me this Monday evening slot in her beautiful Lemon Tree Yoga studio.
