New 4-Week Online Term Starts Monday 13th April
With brighter days and a little more energy in the air, this is a lovely time to reset and get back into a consistent routine.
This 4-week term offers three supportive classes each week — designed to help you feel strong, mobile and energised.
Alongside the classes, we’ll also encourage ourselves to move a little more day-to-day, with a shared goal of reaching 10,000 steps a day — simply getting out into the fresh air and making the most of the longer days.
Each session plays its part in supporting your whole body: building strength, improving flexibility, and helping you feel calm, capable and well in yourself.
Weekly Schedule
Monday – Pure Weights
A focused strength session to build muscle, support bone health and maintain everyday strength. Particularly important for women over 40.
Tuesday – Weights, Cardio & Core
A balanced, feel-good session combining strength with cardio and core work — helping to build fitness, stability and overall resilience.
Friday – Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga
A nourishing end to the week. Gentle movement, breath and stillness to help you unwind, reset and restore.
All classes are suitable for every level, with options offered throughout so you can work at your own pace and tune into what your body needs on the day.
You can join live on Zoom or take the class in your own time from the recordings. Once you sign up, you’ll also have access to a growing library of recorded classes inside the Member Area, so there’s always something there to suit your day.
