New 2-Week Online Term Starts Monday 16th March

If you’ve been curious about online training but weren’t quite sure, this short two-week term is the perfect time to give it a go.

Our usual rhythm continues with three supportive classes each week designed to help you stay strong, mobile and energised — without feeling exhausted or overwhelmed.

These sessions work together to support your whole body: building strength, improving flexibility and helping you feel calm, capable and well in yourself.

Weekly Schedule

Monday – Pure Weights
A focused strength session to build muscle, support bone health and maintain everyday strength. Particularly important for women over 40.

Wednesday – Yoga
A nourishing flow to improve flexibility, balance and mobility, while offering a midweek pause to reset both body and mind.

Thursday – Weights & Active Rest
A gentle blend of strength, mobility and stretching — supporting recovery while still keeping you moving.

All classes are suitable for every level, with options offered throughout so you can work at your own pace and tune into what your body needs on the day.

You can join live on Zoom or take the class in your own time from the recordings. Once you sign up, you’ll also have access to a growing library of recorded classes inside the Member Area, so there’s always something there to suit your day.

If you’ve been meaning to start strength training — especially if you’re a woman over 40 — this is a lovely way to begin.
