Ready to move, stretch, and feel fantastic? These classes are a fun, full-body workout designed for anyone in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s—or any age—who wants to stay strong, mobile, and energized, no matter your fitness level.

Each 60-minute class includes:
❤️ 30 minutes of heart-pumping cardio set to feel-good tunes
💪 12 minutes of strength work (bring light weights or water bottles)
🧘‍♀️12 minutes of stretching to release tension and restore calm

Bring water, bring your weights, and bring your good vibes—I’ll take care of the rest! The music and moves are designed to keep you motivated and empowered.

Places are limited, so booking is essential. There is no drop-in option for these special classes—reserve your spot early!
