Weights & Active Rest |November 27th
Thanks so much for joining today’s Strength & Active Rest class. We tried a few new exercises and my explanations were a bit… let’s call them ‘creative’ 🤭 — but we still got a great sweat on. Thanks for rolling with it!
Pure Strength Class | Nov 24th
This morning’s Monday weights session was a strong one — the kind that asks a little more of you and reminds you just how capable you are. Every rep landed with real focus and determination, and there was a lovely sense of shared effort throughout. It was challenging, yes, but in that deeply satisfying way that sets the tone for the week ahead: grounded, resilient, and proud of what your body can do.
Yoga Class | November 21st
An all round movement practice to find a middle / moderate path – nothing too intense, but not a restful practice either. Some lunge and movement variations lead into side bends. Finished it with some challenging yoga abs movements. Enjoy!
Weights & Active Rest |November 20th
Such a great session this morning. We played with tempo—moving faster through certain weight exercises and easing into slower, controlled work for others. A mix of 1-weight and 2-weight exercises, and active rest offered the choice to stay gentle and low-intensity. Strong, steady, and supportive
Pure Strength Class | Nov 17th
This morning’s pure strength class was a challenge in all the best ways — mostly because I forgot to turn off the heating before we started! It quickly turned into a full-on ‘Hot Weights’ session as we powered through a mix of 1- and 2-weight sets, finishing with a lovely burn in the abs and triceps. A spicy start to the week, but we did it!
Yoga Class | November 14th
Today’s online yoga class was all about my favourite style: Yin.
It’s a practice that really deserves plenty of time, but even in a shorter session we managed to sink into a few beautiful poses, holding each one for 5–6 minutes so we could gently reach those deeper layers of fascia. A lovely, quiet reset for the body and mind.
Weights & Active Rest |November 13th
After a long day yesterday, I was absolutely glued to the bed this morning — but I knew a good session would turn things around! We pushed hard in today’s Active Rest to get those happy hormones flowing. Feeling much better now — hope you will too 💪
Pure Strength Class | Nov 10th
Easing into the week with strength and breath — a grounded start for Monday morning. We worked through full-body resistance and those tricep pulses made themselves known! A steady, supportive session to build tone and energy for the day.
Yoga Class | November 7th
TThis morning’s flow was all about softening and opening — long side bends to create space for the breath, slow back-body stretches to release tension, and gentle spinal movement to ease everything awake. We skipped anything too fiery today and offered some warrior alternatives to keep things supportive and kind. A calm, steady start to the day — movement that feels nourishing rather than depleting. 🤍
Weights & Active Rest |November 6th
What a session this morning!
Strong lifts, steady breath, and…the debut of our bunny hops from plank 🐰🔥
A little sweaty, a little spicy, and I absolutely loved it.
Pure Strength Class | Nov 3rd
First day back for our November Strength & Yoga term — and wow, I felt it! 💪 We mixed up double and single weight exercises and definitely felt the burn. It’s amazing how even a week’s break can make such a difference to our strength — but we’re back, ready, and this term is going to be epic!
Yoga Class | October 17th
This class invites you to connect with yourself through intentional, nurturing moments. Beginning with grounding breathwork, you’ll create space to receive and release, gently awakening the core, both physically and energetically.
With flowing kneeling & expansive side stretches, you’ll engage your centre while creating openness in your heart and shoulders. Each movement is designed to cultivate inner strength and softness, blending effort with ease.
Weights & Active Rest |October 16th
Last Strength & Cardio of the term — go for it, but stay kind to your body. The mind gives up first; the body knows how strong it really is.
Pure Strength Class | Oct 14th
Today’s Pure Strength class was all about building shoulder strength and stability. We challenged our upper bodies with a mix of single and double weight exercises, focusing on control, form, and endurance. By the end, everyone could really feel the burn — a great reminder of how strong our shoulders can become with consistent effort!
Weights & Active Rest |October 9th
Today’s Strength, Cardio & Core (active rest) class was all about picking up the pace and giving our core a real challenge
Yoga Class | October 8th
Join me for a 30-minute floor-based, Somatics-inspired yoga practice where we’ll explore fluid, mindful movements designed to melt away stress and deepen your connection with the earth beneath you — and with your own body. Through gentle sequences that release tension from the chest, shoulders, legs, and hips, you’ll cultivate ease, softness, and freedom of movement throughout your whole body.
This soothing session is suitable for all levels and invites curiosity, exploration, and self-expression. Please wear warm, comfortable layers, as the practice is primarily floor-based and closes with gentle bridge poses to prepare the body for Shoulder Stand — a posture known to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support thyroid balance, while offering a quiet sense of clarity and renewal.
Pure Strength Class | Oct 7th
Today’s Strength Class 💪
We’re focusing mainly on single-arm exercises, so it’s a great chance to go a little heavier with your training weight and really challenge your strength and control.
And please excuse the state of me today 😅 — I had a facial treatment and I’ve either reacted badly… or this is exactly what’s supposed to happen! Hopefully, it won’t distract you from your workout too much.
Weights & Active Rest |October 2nd
This morning’s class was all about building strength from start to finish! Even our active rest sections kept the muscles engaged, so the whole session was powerful, balanced, and energising.
Yoga Class | October 1st
Try this simple sequence that you can do every day. You will strengthen, open and energise your body. We start with Cat and Cow movements and stretch the hips. Then we work the legs in standing poses and challenge our balance with Dancer's pose. You'll have plenty of energy to enjoy the rest of your day.
Pure Strength Class | Sep 30th
This morning’s Weights class had a little extra focus on using two weights together and combining moves for an added challenge. For example, we paired a one-armed shoulder press with a hammer curl—so you’re working more than one muscle group at the same time. A great way to build strength and keep the mind engaged too!
