Woke up this morning feeling shattered after a late night at work, but after class I’m on fire! 🔥 Today’s session is a mix of strength with 1 and 2 weight exercises, followed by cardio & core. You can choose between high or low impact cardio—so there’s something for everyone. Hope you enjoy it! 💪✨

This morning’s yoga/stretch session was all about moving gently through the whole body – giving each part a little love and attention. Some stretches felt delicious, others a bit more challenging, but together they helped us release tension, restore balance, and set the tone for the day ahead.

Strength + Active Rest this morning — sweaty, strong, and empowering. Exactly the kind of session that reminds me why consistency matters. Moving our bodies, lifting, stretching, breathing — it sets the tone for the whole day. 💪✨
Yoga Class | August 27th
✨ This morning’s online yoga was a little different — more of a therapeutic session than my usual flow. We focused on the psoas, that deep core muscle connecting the upper and lower body. Often tight, overworked, and weakened, it plays a key role in posture, stability, and overall ease of movement. Today was all about gentle stretching, releasing tension, and strengthening this vital muscle. You need a block and socks for this seesion.
Pure Strength Class | Aug 26th
This morning’s Pure Strength class was a real challenge – in the best way! We mixed things up by starting with single-arm exercises before moving into the two-arm combinations, which really tested both strength and stamina. Personally, I found it tough today (my sleep score was the lowest it’s ever been – no doubt that played a part!), but that’s the beauty of strength work: even on harder days, you come away stronger for showing up. 💪

This morning’s Weights + Active Rest class was sweaty as always 💦 A mix of single and double weight exercises kept it interesting, with plenty of options to keep the active rest either low or high intensity depending on how you felt.
💭 But here’s a thought to take with you today: are you really being challenged by your choice of weights? Sometimes the smallest increase makes the biggest difference in strength, progress, and confidence.

This morning’s yoga was about exploring our own tissues — noticing where there’s tightness, gently waking things up, and saying a soft hello to the body. We moved with curiosity and kindness, and finished strong and grounded with Warrior and Triangle, feeling both open and steady.
Pure Strength Class | Aug 19th
This morning’s Pure Weights session was all about strength with a little core focus. We mixed things up with single-dumbbell and double-dumbbell moves, finishing with some ab work to really fire up the midsection. A brilliant way to start the day feeling strong and energised!

This morning’s Weights + Active Rest session packed a punch! I woke up feeling tired after a rough night’s sleep, so at first I wondered if it was just me… but nope — it was a genuinely tough one. We tackled some strong, challenging exercises that left the muscles well worked and the energy buzzing. Job done!

Today’s yoga flow focused on opening the body through deep side bends, creating space along the spine, ribs, and waist. We balanced energising yang stretches to awaken and strengthen with soothing yin holds to release tension and invite calm. A practice for length, balance, and quiet vitality.

This morning’s yoga practice was a gentle exploration of our own bodies—tuning into areas where we may be holding tension or tightness, often without even realising it. We moved slowly and intuitively, edging into each stretch with curiosity rather than force. By listening closely to the subtle cues from our bodies, we allowed space for awareness and release, cultivating a deeper connection to how we feel from the inside out.
