Yoga - Sensations | Jan 28th
Today’s yoga invited us to slow down and really listen — noticing the sensations each pose brought, and staying present with them. We explored a series of standing postures, holding them a little longer than usual to focus on alignment, strength and awareness.
Pure Weights I Jan 26th
Today’s weights class mixed things up a bit, blending two strength exercises together in many of the exercises to keep the body challenged, the mind engaged, and to stop things getting too comfortable.
Weights, Cardio & Core I Jan 22nd
Wrong day for me to wear thermal leggings 😂
We got the body going with one of my favourite warm-ups, which I’ve been using a lot lately on mornings when I’m not doing a specific class — just enough to get me moving, especially if I’m feeling a bit tired. Try it.
We moved through a mix of 1 and 2 weight exercises, with options for higher or lower intensity active rest throughout.
Enjoy.
Yoga - From stiffness to fluidity | Jan 21st
From Stiffness to Fluidity is an invitation to tune in to your own body. As with all my classes, you’re encouraged to explore what’s showing up for you today — where there may be tightness, restriction, or ease. Notice how your body responds to the stretches and movements, allowing space for softness, release, and gradual flow. Move with curiosity rather than force, and let fluidity emerge in its own time
Pure Weights I Jan 19th
Today’s Pure Strength includes a few knee-based exercises — use support or stay standing if preferred. And if you’re comfortable, try exploring slightly heavier weights.
Weights, Cardio & Core I Jan 15th
Today’s class took things down a notch—less intensity, more full–body goodness. Ideal for days when you’re feeling a little jaded (as I definitely was!).
Nice after yesterday’s quite challenging yoga :-)
Yoga Playtime | Jan 14th
FEEDBACK: This is very challenging, so proceed with caution.
Playful, challenging, and full of curious movement this morning. No pressure to perfect anything — just explore, enjoy, and see where the body takes you.
Pure Weights I Jan 12th
Today’s Strength class is a mix of single- and double-weight exercises. It’s an ideal session to gently explore going heavier if you feel ready — just not if you’re on the Human Being Reset.
Weights, Cardio & Core I Jan 8th
A great start to the morning with Strength, Cardio & Core. Two solid rounds as usual, a little mix of single and paired exercises, some new warm-up moves, and a good dose of core to finish. Well done everyone
Yoga Detox Class | Jan 7th
This morning in yoga, I shared the five movements from Laghoo Shankhaprakshalana. At this time of year — January, when our bellies tend to feel a bit fuller — these simple exercises are wonderful for stimulating digestion and helping the body release.
In Indian yoga tradition, there are two cleansing practices: Laghoo Shankhaprakshalana (a light cleanse) and Full Shankhaprakshalana (a much deeper one). I’ve done the Laghoo version many times myself. It involves drinking up to eight glasses of warm salted water, followed by these movements in a particular sequence.
Even if you never choose to do the cleanse, it’s really handy to know the five movements — they support digestion beautifully all on their own.
Pure Weights I Jan 5th
This morning’s Pure Weights class focused on a mix of single-weight and double-weight exercises, with a bit of tempo play to really feel the work and improve control. I’ve just started the HBD reset, so I chose lighter weights than I’d normally use, which also made it a nice opportunity to focus on form, time under tension and moving with intention rather than load.
Day 12 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Weights, Cardio & Core I Dec 23rd
And that’s a wrap on the 12 Days of Fitmas. A strong finish with jumps, lifts and plenty of core work. Thank you all for showing up and giving it your all.
Day 11 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 22nd
Very little voice, but plenty of work done! A strong Pure Weights session today, challenging the core, shoulders and chest. Thank you all for pushing through with me.
Day 10 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Weights, Cardio & Core I Dec 19th
A challenging but satisfying Weights & Cardio class this morning. We worked with two weights in lots of the moves, giving the triceps plenty of attention. Definitely a sweaty one
Day 9 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 18th
After some shoulder work, we came down to the mat and blended weights with core work — a few spicy ones in there 🌶️ I woke up with razor blades in my throat this morning, so I threw on layers to sweat it out and lathered myself in doTERRA oregano oil and On Guard. Two magic oils.
Day 8 12 Days of Fitmas - Fluid, Mindful flow with sneaky yoga corework | December 17th
A fluid, mindful practice designed to release tension and restore natural mobility. Moving in wave-like sequences, we support the fascia through glide, hydration and elastic recoil, leaving the body feeling supple and spacious. Expect gentle hip openers, hamstring gliding, full spinal mobilisation and heart-opening movements, with subtle core work woven throughout, or maybe not so subtle lol :-)
Day 7 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Weights, Cardio & Core I Dec 16th
Today’s Weights, Cardio & Core was a strong one. Feel free to go lighter if needed — the challenge is there regardless, and listening to your body always counts.
Day 6 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 15th
Monday started strong 💪
This morning’s Pure Weights class was definitely a challenging one. My advice would be to consider going a little lighter with your weights for this session — or at least be aware that it will really test you. There was lots of shoulder and tricep work today, so expect to feel it!
Day 5 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Weights, Cardio & Core I Dec 12th
Today’s Weights, Cardio & Core
Fast-paced again today — but it’s over before you know it. A lovely mix of one-arm and two-arm exercises, plenty of leg work, and we finished with some yummy twists for the core.
Enjoy your weekend!
Day 4 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 11th
A real mix in this morning’s weights session — abs, shoulders, back and arms all got their turn. Feeling strong and empowered. Consistency really does win every time.
