Yoga Class | July 23rd
This morning’s online yoga class was all about playfulness and curiosity—an open invitation to explore what your body can do today. We delved into strength poses, not with a sense of pressure, but with a light-hearted approach: try it out, see how it feels, and let go of any frustration if something wasn’t quite available. It was a gentle reminder that yoga isn’t about nailing the pose, but about enjoying the process.
Yoga Class | July 16th
Today’s yoga session centred on grounding through ouija breathwork—a beautiful way to settle the mind and stay present. We focused on building strength by spending time in each pose, allowing the body to fully experience the effect of every movement and transition. I hope you step off the mat feeling steady, empowered, and just a little more connected to yourself.
Yoga Class | July 2nd
This morning’s online yoga focused on shoulders — opening, strengthening, and softening. We used the belt to explore deeper stretches and create more space, especially in those areas that tend to hold tension. A gentle yet powerful practice to start the day feeling freer across the upper body.
Yoga Class | June 25th
Today’s class focused on long-held stretches, giving the body space to soften and truly feel each movement—deep, slow, and nourishing from the inside out.

Conscious Non-Resistance
This slow flow class will invite you to consistently scan your body during gentle movements and stillness to discover messages it has for you. Rather than resisting, the invitation is to let go, surrender and let life flow through you as you flow through life. This practice is mainly floor based using body shapes and body weight to discover tension and mindfully ask it to release. A block may be handy for this practice and a cushion for support or more comfort.

Side Body Exploration
We worked with breath and simple movement to bring awareness to this space, releasing tension and waking up deep stabilising muscles.
A quiet, steady kind of strength — one you can feel from the inside out.

🧘♀️ Slow Start – Deep Stretch & Awareness
To ease us into the new term, this morning’s class was intentionally slow and grounding. We focused on long-held, deep stretches to help us tune into our bodies and notice where we might be holding tension or in need of a little extra care. No props were needed, but a belt or scarf could come in handy for added support in a few poses.

Feel Into the Form
This morning’s practice invited a deeper connection to your body by focusing on sensation over shape. After a gentle warm-up with attention to ankle mobility, we moved mindfully through Trikonasana (Triangle), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior 2), and Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold), encouraging awareness and presence in every transition and stillness.

Sun Salutations
Since today’s set to be sunny and warm, we moved through some easy-going Sun Salutations with lovely stretches in between some to break things up. A light, feel-good flow to set you up for the day.
