Day 8 12 Days of Fitmas - Fluid, Mindful flow with sneaky yoga corework | December 17th
A fluid, mindful practice designed to release tension and restore natural mobility. Moving in wave-like sequences, we support the fascia through glide, hydration and elastic recoil, leaving the body feeling supple and spacious. Expect gentle hip openers, hamstring gliding, full spinal mobilisation and heart-opening movements, with subtle core work woven throughout, or maybe not so subtle lol :-)

Yoga Class | December 3rd
This session is a yummy movement snack for your hips. This is a perfect session if you're feeling stiff in your hips, legs or spine.
You need 1 or 2 blocks, and support for knees if they require it.
Yoga Class | November 28th
We often crave spinal release during the day but sometimes it might feel like there is a stretch-itch that we can't quite scratch... Join me for some accessible and effective spine-loving movements. No props needed, just need a bit of space and some time on the floor.
Yoga Class | November 21st
An all round movement practice to find a middle / moderate path – nothing too intense, but not a restful practice either. Some lunge and movement variations lead into side bends. Finished it with some challenging yoga abs movements. Enjoy!
Yoga Class | November 14th
Today’s online yoga class was all about my favourite style: Yin.
It’s a practice that really deserves plenty of time, but even in a shorter session we managed to sink into a few beautiful poses, holding each one for 5–6 minutes so we could gently reach those deeper layers of fascia. A lovely, quiet reset for the body and mind.
Yoga Class | November 7th
TThis morning’s flow was all about softening and opening — long side bends to create space for the breath, slow back-body stretches to release tension, and gentle spinal movement to ease everything awake. We skipped anything too fiery today and offered some warrior alternatives to keep things supportive and kind. A calm, steady start to the day — movement that feels nourishing rather than depleting. 🤍
Yoga Class | October 17th
This class invites you to connect with yourself through intentional, nurturing moments. Beginning with grounding breathwork, you’ll create space to receive and release, gently awakening the core, both physically and energetically.
With flowing kneeling & expansive side stretches, you’ll engage your centre while creating openness in your heart and shoulders. Each movement is designed to cultivate inner strength and softness, blending effort with ease.
Yoga Class | October 8th
Join me for a 30-minute floor-based, Somatics-inspired yoga practice where we’ll explore fluid, mindful movements designed to melt away stress and deepen your connection with the earth beneath you — and with your own body. Through gentle sequences that release tension from the chest, shoulders, legs, and hips, you’ll cultivate ease, softness, and freedom of movement throughout your whole body.
This soothing session is suitable for all levels and invites curiosity, exploration, and self-expression. Please wear warm, comfortable layers, as the practice is primarily floor-based and closes with gentle bridge poses to prepare the body for Shoulder Stand — a posture known to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support thyroid balance, while offering a quiet sense of clarity and renewal.
Yoga Class | October 1st
Try this simple sequence that you can do every day. You will strengthen, open and energise your body. We start with Cat and Cow movements and stretch the hips. Then we work the legs in standing poses and challenge our balance with Dancer's pose. You'll have plenty of energy to enjoy the rest of your day.
Yoga Class | September 24th
This morning’s yoga/stretch session was all about moving gently through the whole body – giving each part a little love and attention. Some stretches felt delicious, others a bit more challenging, but together they helped us release tension, restore balance, and set the tone for the day ahead.
Yoga Class | September 3rd
Get your Healthy back, back
"You don’t have a ‘bad back’, you have normal back that is currently sore.” In this class we’ll explore how opening the hips and freeing the sacrum can lead to better back health and an overall sense of well-being.
Yoga Class | August 27th
✨ This morning’s online yoga was a little different — more of a therapeutic session than my usual flow. We focused on the psoas, that deep core muscle connecting the upper and lower body. Often tight, overworked, and weakened, it plays a key role in posture, stability, and overall ease of movement. Today was all about gentle stretching, releasing tension, and strengthening this vital muscle. You need a block and socks for this seesion.
Yoga Class | August 20th
This morning’s yoga was about exploring our own tissues — noticing where there’s tightness, gently waking things up, and saying a soft hello to the body. We moved with curiosity and kindness, and finished strong and grounded with Warrior and Triangle, feeling both open and steady.
Yoga Class | August 13th
Today’s yoga flow focused on opening the body through deep side bends, creating space along the spine, ribs, and waist. We balanced energising yang stretches to awaken and strengthen with soothing yin holds to release tension and invite calm. A practice for length, balance, and quiet vitality.
Yoga Class | August 6th
Today’s strong yoga practice fired up our core and took us deep into those long, juicy leg stretches. A powerful blend of strength and release
Yoga Class | July 30th
This morning’s yoga practice was a gentle exploration of our own bodies—tuning into areas where we may be holding tension or tightness, often without even realising it. We moved slowly and intuitively, edging into each stretch with curiosity rather than force. By listening closely to the subtle cues from our bodies, we allowed space for awareness and release, cultivating a deeper connection to how we feel from the inside out.
Yoga Class | July 23rd
This morning’s online yoga class was all about playfulness and curiosity—an open invitation to explore what your body can do today. We delved into strength poses, not with a sense of pressure, but with a light-hearted approach: try it out, see how it feels, and let go of any frustration if something wasn’t quite available. It was a gentle reminder that yoga isn’t about nailing the pose, but about enjoying the process.
Yoga Class | July 16th
Today’s yoga session centred on grounding through ouija breathwork—a beautiful way to settle the mind and stay present. We focused on building strength by spending time in each pose, allowing the body to fully experience the effect of every movement and transition. I hope you step off the mat feeling steady, empowered, and just a little more connected to yourself.
Yoga Class | July 2nd
This morning’s online yoga focused on shoulders — opening, strengthening, and softening. We used the belt to explore deeper stretches and create more space, especially in those areas that tend to hold tension. A gentle yet powerful practice to start the day feeling freer across the upper body.
