Yoga - Playful | May 15th
Today’s practice invited us into the grounding support of all 4s, giving us space to gently explore movement from a place of stability and awareness. From there, we moved with curiosity — noticing how the body responded, what felt nourishing, what needed easing, and where strength and mobility could quietly build.
There was a playful energy to the class, but each movement had purpose — helping us connect more deeply to the shoulders, spine, hips and core while encouraging freedom and flow through the body. As always, the invitation was to listen inward, honour what your body needed today, and move in a way that felt supportive rather than forced.
Yoga - Stable & supple | May 8th
Moving progressively through the joints — from feet and legs to shoulders and wrists — this practice is designed to build stability, mobility and resilience in a way that supports healthy ageing, without forcing or rushing. Each movement encourages you to tune into sensation and respond to what your body needs today, helping you maintain strength, adaptability and ease. And, as always, there may be a few sneaky ab exercises woven in along the way.
Yoga - Strengthen & Play | May 1st
A lovely mix of playful and empowering energy this morning. Some stronger poses were there to explore if you felt up for it, or simply an invitation to stay and deepen where you are. It’s all about activation, not perfection. We closed with gentle twists and forward folds to soften and unwind.
Yoga - A Floor-Based Morning Flow | Apr 24th
Grounded & Glowing: A Floor-Based Morning Flow
This morning’s yoga practice was a gentle yet deeply effective floor-based session, giving the body time to open, lengthen and reset. We focused on plenty of leg stretches, soothing twists, and mobility work for the feet, ankles and wrists — all those hardworking areas that support us every day. We finished with nourishing neck stretches to release tension, and of course, my signature spicy toes stretch to wake everything up from the ground up. A lovely practice to leave you feeling lighter, looser and ready for the day ahead.
Yoga - Strengthening & Grounding Slow Flow | Mar 25th
Yoga that is not too easy, not too hard, gets the job done of getting the energy to flow and to wake up all the body parts. Everything you need to start your day off right is in this class, finishing with Triangle pose and full forward fold. Have a yoga block or thick book close by
Yoga - Strengthening & Grounding Slow Flow | Mar 18th
A 30min mindful slow flow to release tension, steady your breath, and reconnect to ease. We’ll move through gentle, intentional sequences that open the body while quietly building strength and balance. Expect long, fluid transitions, mindful pauses, and time to really feel each pose. Perfect for when you want movement that restores rather than drains — a calm, embodied reset for body and mind.
Yoga - Yin Style | Mar 4th
Our yin style practice this morning invited patience. Time to linger. Time to listen. Time to notice what shifts when we stop trying to make anything happen. A calm, nourishing start to the day.
Yoga - Traditional Sun Salutations | Feb 25th
This morning we kept things simple.
Moving slowly through traditional sun salutations, round after round, letting the breath lead and the body follow. No rush, no striving — just steady, mindful movement. Finished with some strong breathwork
Yoga - Gentle flow | Feb 18th
This is a gentle, quietly energising flow for the days when you’re feeling a little tired and want to rekindle your spark. Gentle flow to awaken the body.
Yoga - Floor work | Feb 11th
Floor-based practice, beginning with gentle connection to the lumbar spine, awakening the abdominals, then moving into long, nourishing stretches for the lower body, with particular focus on the legs
Yoga - Mobility & Presence | Feb 4th
This is a gentle and intentional way to wake the entire body. We begin with a few quiet moments to arrive and centre the mind, then move through slow, fluid sequences that explore joint mobility from head to toe – including the often-overlooked spaces like the wrists, ankles, fingers, and toes.
With breath-led movement and mindful attention, you’ll open pathways for energy to flow freely and step into your day feeling grounded, refreshed, and fully present.
Yoga - Sensations | Jan 28th
Today’s yoga invited us to slow down and really listen — noticing the sensations each pose brought, and staying present with them. We explored a series of standing postures, holding them a little longer than usual to focus on alignment, strength and awareness.
Yoga - From stiffness to fluidity | Jan 21st
From Stiffness to Fluidity is an invitation to tune in to your own body. As with all my classes, you’re encouraged to explore what’s showing up for you today — where there may be tightness, restriction, or ease. Notice how your body responds to the stretches and movements, allowing space for softness, release, and gradual flow. Move with curiosity rather than force, and let fluidity emerge in its own time
Yoga Playtime | Jan 14th
FEEDBACK: This is very challenging, so proceed with caution.
Playful, challenging, and full of curious movement this morning. No pressure to perfect anything — just explore, enjoy, and see where the body takes you.
Yoga Detox Class | Jan 7th
This morning in yoga, I shared the five movements from Laghoo Shankhaprakshalana. At this time of year — January, when our bellies tend to feel a bit fuller — these simple exercises are wonderful for stimulating digestion and helping the body release.
In Indian yoga tradition, there are two cleansing practices: Laghoo Shankhaprakshalana (a light cleanse) and Full Shankhaprakshalana (a much deeper one). I’ve done the Laghoo version many times myself. It involves drinking up to eight glasses of warm salted water, followed by these movements in a particular sequence.
Even if you never choose to do the cleanse, it’s really handy to know the five movements — they support digestion beautifully all on their own.
Day 8 12 Days of Fitmas - Fluid, Mindful flow with sneaky yoga corework | December 17th
A fluid, mindful practice designed to release tension and restore natural mobility. Moving in wave-like sequences, we support the fascia through glide, hydration and elastic recoil, leaving the body feeling supple and spacious. Expect gentle hip openers, hamstring gliding, full spinal mobilisation and heart-opening movements, with subtle core work woven throughout, or maybe not so subtle lol :-)
Day 3 12 Days of Fitmas -Iyengar stretches, Big 6 & Kundalini Breathwork | December 10th

Yoga Class | December 3rd
This session is a yummy movement snack for your hips. This is a perfect session if you're feeling stiff in your hips, legs or spine.
You need 1 or 2 blocks, and support for knees if they require it.
Yoga Class | November 28th
We often crave spinal release during the day but sometimes it might feel like there is a stretch-itch that we can't quite scratch... Join me for some accessible and effective spine-loving movements. No props needed, just need a bit of space and some time on the floor.
Yoga Class | November 21st
An all round movement practice to find a middle / moderate path – nothing too intense, but not a restful practice either. Some lunge and movement variations lead into side bends. Finished it with some challenging yoga abs movements. Enjoy!
