Pure Strength Class | Aug 26th
This morning’s Pure Strength class was a real challenge – in the best way! We mixed things up by starting with single-arm exercises before moving into the two-arm combinations, which really tested both strength and stamina. Personally, I found it tough today (my sleep score was the lowest it’s ever been – no doubt that played a part!), but that’s the beauty of strength work: even on harder days, you come away stronger for showing up. 💪

This morning’s Weights + Active Rest class was sweaty as always 💦 A mix of single and double weight exercises kept it interesting, with plenty of options to keep the active rest either low or high intensity depending on how you felt.
💭 But here’s a thought to take with you today: are you really being challenged by your choice of weights? Sometimes the smallest increase makes the biggest difference in strength, progress, and confidence.

This morning’s Pure Weights session was all about strength with a little core focus. We mixed things up with single-dumbbell and double-dumbbell moves, finishing with some ab work to really fire up the midsection. A brilliant way to start the day feeling strong and energised!

This morning’s Weights + Active Rest session packed a punch! I woke up feeling tired after a rough night’s sleep, so at first I wondered if it was just me… but nope — it was a genuinely tough one. We tackled some strong, challenging exercises that left the muscles well worked and the energy buzzing. Job done!

This morning's Strength class was a real challenge. I found myself needing to drop down in weight at times, listening to my body and adjusting as I went. It was one of those sessions where everything was working hard — muscles firing, breath deep, focus sharp. Tough, yes, but so satisfying.

Morning! Today’s Dumbbell class brought the sweat! We pushed through strong sets with active rest in between—keeping the heart rate up while still giving the muscles a moment to recover. It was a tough but energising session, striking that sweet balance between strength and stamina.

This morning’s Pure Strength class was a perfect blend of standing and floor-based work, using both one and two dumbbells to challenge the body in different ways. We focused on control, good form, and building strength from the inside out — a steady, satisfying session that left us feeling strong, stable, and ready for the day ahead.

Today's Weights & Active Rest class was my absolute favourite – it flew by! We alternated between 40 seconds of strength-based exercises and 35 seconds of optional cardio. That "active rest" could be high-impact, low-impact, or simply sticking with weights – whatever felt right. The sweat was unreal, but so was the energy. Such a satisfying mix of power, pace, and personal choice – love this format!

A strong weights session this morning — definitely a challenging one. We focused on a mix of single-arm strength work followed by both weights together. Controlled breathing was definitely required to stay steady and focused throughout.

We turned up the intensity in this morning’s strength class by using two weights instead of one for many of the exercises—hello, burn! 💪 I’m hoping my schoolgirl error of accidentally toggling off the mic over the weekend (which left it completely dead this morning) didn’t take away from the flow of the session. New Term, Strong Start 💪
We kicked off this morning with a sweaty Strength session—no better way to greet a new term! As always, we eased in with a warm-up weight before progressing to two solid rounds with our training weight.
The goal? To feel the movement, feel the burn, and finish stronger than we started. Here's to a season of building strength from the inside out!
