Day 9 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 18th

After some shoulder work, we came down to the mat and blended weights with core work — a few spicy ones in there 🌶️ I woke up with razor blades in my throat this morning, so I threw on layers to sweat it out and lathered myself in doTERRA oregano oil and On Guard. Two magic oils.

Day 6 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 15th

Monday started strong 💪
This morning’s Pure Weights class was definitely a challenging one. My advice would be to consider going a little lighter with your weights for this session — or at least be aware that it will really test you. There was lots of shoulder and tricep work today, so expect to feel it!

Day 2 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Weights, Cardio & Core I Dec 9th

This morning’s second 12 Days of Fitmas class… sweaty betty! I’ll be honest — after getting home late from teaching yoga last night, I was absolutely glued to the bed. I feel so much better now though.

We moved through 45 seconds of weights followed by 40 seconds of cardio or core, cycling through the whole body and building a gorgeous, energising sweat. Everyone that knows me knows how much I love to get the sweat on.

And remember — there is always an alternative exercise available. Never feel that you’re “not able” for a class. You absolutely are. Just come as you are, move in the way that feels right for you, and let the rest take care of itself.

Fitmas magic ✨

Day 1 - 12 Days of Fitmas - Pure Strength | Dec 8th

Day 1 of the ‘12 Days of Christmas’ Weights Series is done and dusted. Such a lovely mix today — lots of regulars and a few brave newbies joining in, with most people catching the recording later. We worked hard with a blend of single-weight and double-weight exercises, keeping a close eye on posture, form, core and alignment throughout. If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you… but it still has to feel safe and sustainable. Do your best to get all 12 sessions in — live with me or in your own time. Tomorrow is the sweat sesh!

Thanks so much for joining today’s Strength & Active Rest class. We tried a few new exercises and my explanations were a bit… let’s call them ‘creative’ 🤭 — but we still got a great sweat on. Thanks for rolling with it!

Pure Strength Class | Nov 24th

This morning’s Monday weights session was a strong one — the kind that asks a little more of you and reminds you just how capable you are. Every rep landed with real focus and determination, and there was a lovely sense of shared effort throughout. It was challenging, yes, but in that deeply satisfying way that sets the tone for the week ahead: grounded, resilient, and proud of what your body can do.

Weights & Active Rest |November 20th

Such a great session this morning. We played with tempo—moving faster through certain weight exercises and easing into slower, controlled work for others. A mix of 1-weight and 2-weight exercises, and active rest offered the choice to stay gentle and low-intensity. Strong, steady, and supportive

Pure Strength Class | Nov 17th

This morning’s pure strength class was a challenge in all the best ways — mostly because I forgot to turn off the heating before we started! It quickly turned into a full-on ‘Hot Weights’ session as we powered through a mix of 1- and 2-weight sets, finishing with a lovely burn in the abs and triceps. A spicy start to the week, but we did it!
