HIIT, Weights & Yoga classes

€4 a class, €20 for 5 classes, €30 for 10 classes. €40 for 20 classes (+ recordings) (Best value)

What to Expect

Get your workout complete online before the rest of the house get up. Commit to a 20 day program of daily 30minute classes at 7.15am, commencing on Wednesday the 6th September. • On Mondays and Fridays, we will do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) where we will do a combination of cardio, core, bodyweight and resistance bands work. • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we will do weight training with optional active rest cardio. This means that instead of resting between sets, we will perform 45 seconds of HIIT style cardio instead. This technique enables us to not only hold onto muscle mass but also to burn fat at the same time. • On Wednesdays, we will do a 30min yoga class to help us create space for renewed energy and lightness in our body and mind. We will also explore different types of pranayama (breathwork) at 7am on Wednesdays for anyone that wants to join the Zoom session earlier. You need 2 sets of weights, resistance bands, a yoga block (or book) & a yoga belt (or long scarf) for this 20 day term. A light warm up weight (can be something from your house) & a training weight. A simple way to know what weight your training weight should be.... do 13 reps of an exercise with the weight and by the 13th one, you should be happy to finish the set. Start light, if you are new to weights, or returning to them after a break. Your body will tell you very quickly when it's time to lift heavier. You will also need a towel and water. It gets sweaty, as it should.:-) Keep your camera on or off, it's entirely up to you. You have your training completed by 7:45am, and you'll feel on fire! Everyone has different goals when they sign up to a fitness program. If weight loss is one of yours, then I encourage you to watch your carb intake & try and get your carbs from natural sources. Daily training is indeed brilliant, but you can't out-train a bad diet. We will explore the world of fasting. If you are new to it, I will help you get the most out of it, and how to do it properly as a woman especially. If you are a regular intermittent faster like me, I will support you if you want to try an extended fast. Sadly, we can't just dive in like men can. I am here to help you though. Be consistent with your training & turn up every weekday for 20 days...for YOU! This month is about YOU!
