As we get older, we know that keeping fit & flexible is so important for us. If you have never experienced the benefits of chair yoga, you are genuinely in for a treat!

Chair Yoga makes Yoga available to every body. Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which movements & postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. All my classes, whether chair or mat based will help improve your overall wellbeing.

We meditate, we stretch, we practise various forms of pranayama, we build heat, we move our bodies, we learn awareness of core & posture, we build strength, we listen to lovely music and we have the chats after. Social wellness is one of the 5 pillars of wellbeing after all :-)
What to Expect in my Classes:
Mindful Meditation; We will turn our attention within to find calm, focus & inner peace.

Pranayama : We will explore the world of breath with various forms of pranayama, enhancing our lung capacity.

Gentle Movements: We will gently stretch but listen to our bodies at all times.

Strength and Core Awareness: We will build strength while gaining a keen awareness of our core and posture – the foundations of a resilient body.

Relaxing music: We will move to the rhythm of lovely music that adds an extra layer of joy to our practice.

Post-Class Chats: Because, let's face it, social wellness is one of the 5 pillars of wellbeing after all :-)
