What to Expect
*** If you are signing up after Term has started, please choose 'Offline Payment' or 'Pay In Person' and settle with me for however many classes are left *** We will start with a 5 to 7 minute warm up, a 20 minute mix of bodyweight, core & cardio exercises (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off) and a 5 to 7 minute cool down stretch. You have the option of bringing weights with you. Perhaps you have a set of dumb bells at home, or consider making your own weights with bottles of water filled with sand. Weights aren't necessary, but they definitely up the intensity of your workout. All levels are catered for, so the low impact version and the high impact version will be demonstrated. Go at your level, but remember if it doesn't challenge you, it wont change you. You don't particularly need a mat, but I strongly encourage a towel, which can be very useful in the exercises on your knees, and the stretches. I also encourage water and a small towel, especially if you consider giving it socks. :-) You have your exercise complete by 7:40am and will feel energised for the day.
