What to Expect
Awaken your body every weekday morning with this mix of cardio, body-weight, core and weights exercises. You need weights. Many people start with bottles of water, then progress to making their own bags of sand or clay to then buying 3, 4 and 5kg sets of dumb bells. You will need a towel and water as it's a sweaty session. Keep your camera on or off, it's entirely up to you. Go at your level but remember if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. You have your exercise for the day complete by 7:45am, and you will feel energised for the day! Be consistent & turn up every day....for YOU! Drop me a message if you want to try a class for FREE.
