Pop up Evening Yoga class in the sun
A 60min beginner mat yoga, meditation & pranayama pop up class on Thursday 24th at 7pm.
What to Expect
I have been watching the forecast & Thursday evening (tomorrow!) looks like it will be a pleasant evening with clouds & sun. Therefore, I am taking full advantage! Perhaps, you're sporty and/or active but muscles are very sore & tight. Perhaps you're shattered tired and need a boost. Perhaps you're curious about the session. Please bring a belt (yoga or normal, whichever you have available to you), or a scarf will suffice too. A mat would be good but we will be on the soft grass, so a big towel will work. Don't go buying a mat especially for this session. You don't need lots of experience of yoga, but please come with an open mind and a willingness to try. Lets explore how to practise yoga for our individual bodies.
