Online Morning Weights & Stretch Classes: Ignite Your Day 🌅 Start Your Day Strong: Get your workout done before the rest of the house wakes up. Commit to a 4-week program featuring three 30-minute classes a week. 🗓️ Program Schedule: Days: Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Time: 7:15 am Commencing: Tuesday, 14th November 💪 Unique Workouts: Tuesdays & Thursdays: Weight training with optional active rest cardio. Boost muscle mass retention and burn fat simultaneously with HIIT-style cardio between sets. Wednesdays: A rejuvenating 30-minute yoga class for renewed energy and lightness in both body and mind. 🏋️ Equipment Needed: 2 sets of weights Resistance bands Yoga block (or book) Yoga belt (or long scarf) Light warm-up weight and a training weight 🚰 Stay Hydrated: Bring a towel and water. It gets sweaty, as it should. 😅 🎥 Camera: Keep your camera on or off—it's entirely up to you. ⏰ Efficiency and Empowerment: Complete your training by 7:45 am and feel on fire! 🔥 Consistency is Key: Be consistent—show up 3 days a week for 4 weeks, all for YOU!
