What to Expect
Online Morning Weights & Stretch Classes: Ignite Your Day 🌅 Start Your Day Strong: Get your workout done before the rest of the house wakes up. Commit to a 13 day program featuring four 30-minute strength classes a week plus one Stretch class on Wednesdays. 🗓️ Program Schedule: Days: Every Weekday Time: 7:15 am Commencing: Thursday 7th March 💪 Unique Workouts: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: Weight training. Boost muscle mass retention and burn fat simultaneously. In between each set, we will do Active Rest, ie high intensity movement. Wednesdays: A rejuvenating 30-minute yoga class to stretch out our sore muscles. 🏋️ Equipment Needed: At least 2 sets of weights (light warm up weight and at least one training weight) Resistance bands Yoga block (or book) Yoga belt (or long scarf) 🚰 Stay Hydrated: Have a towel and water nearby. It gets sweaty, as it should. 😅 🎥 Camera: Keep your camera on or off—it's entirely up to you. ⏰ Efficiency and Empowerment: Complete your training by 7:45 am and feel on fire! Commit to daily workouts. 🔥 Consistency is Key: Be consistent—show up 5 days a week for 13 days before Easter, all for YOU! Watch your energy, fitness levels, strength, flexibility, and diet improve.
