What to Expect
Following on from the success of the Change for Life programme in January & February, Dublin City Sports & Wellbeing Partnership are running another 8 week programme, commencing Monday 6th March & continuining every Wednesday evening at 7pm. Please note, for the first week only, the class will be on Monday evening at 7pm, ie the 6th March. 2nd class will be on the 15th March.
