What to Expect
Awaken your body every weekday morning with this mix of cardio, body-weight, core and weights exercises. You need weights but they don't particularly need to be gym weights. Many people start with bottles of water, then progress to making their own bags of sand or clay. You will need a towel and water as it's a sweaty session. Go at your level but remember if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. You have your exercise for the day complete by 8am, and you will feel energised for the day!
