What to Expect
Awaken your body every weekday morning with this mix of cardio, body-weight, core and weights exercises. You need weights. Many people start with bottles of water, then progress to making their own bags of sand or clay to then buying 3, 4 and 5kg sets of dumb bells. You will need a towel and water as it's a sweaty session. Go at your level but remember if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. You have your exercise for the day complete by 7:45am, and you will feel energised for the day!
