CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and appointments can not be attended. However, I hope you appreciate that a 'No Show' or a late cancellation means I cannot accommodate another client. To this end, I have had to adopt the following policies to be fair to all, including myself:
In case of cancellation, a minimum of 48hours notice is required so that I can offer the appointment to another client.
If you cancel less than 48hours before your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost. If your appointment is filled by another client, there will be no cancellation fee applied.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to turn up, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your treatment cost.
If you arrive late for your appointment, I will endeavour to give you your full treatment, however if I have clients booked in after your slot, I will have to finish at the allocated time.
