CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and appointments can not be attended.  However, I hope you appreciate that a 'No Show' or a late cancellation means I cannot accommodate another client. To this end, I have had to adopt the following policies to be fair to all, including myself:

  • In case of cancellation, a minimum of 48hours notice is required so that I can offer the appointment to another client.

  • If you cancel less than 48hours before your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost.  If your appointment is filled by another client, there will be no cancellation fee applied.

  • If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to turn up, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your treatment cost.

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will endeavour to give you your full treatment, however if I have clients booked in after your slot, I will have to finish at the allocated time.
